We offer first and second charge loans from £50k to £2m and have operated successfully in the buoyant UK bridging finance market for over ten years providing finance for property projects such as renovations, change of use, property auction purchases and ground-up developments on residential investment, commercial and industrial properties throughout England, Scotland and Wales.
Our customers are at the centre of our business and just over two years ago, we completely reinvented & simplified the legal process enabling most cases to complete within 10 working days. Our pricing is competitive which has made us a go-to lender with a large base of loyal customers who work with us regularly and are happy to recommend us.
In March 2019, we introduced a 5-year mortgage which allows customers with a rental strategy to retain those properties and release the equity they’ve created on development or refurbishment projects. We have since broadened that product and it now also enables customers, even first-time landlords, to acquire investment property such as buy to lets and HMOs and even exit a bridging loan.
Processes, speed, technology
We are pioneers in our sector having also been the first bridging lender to introduce Open Banking to access a read-only version of applicants’ bank statements. This has proven to be the fastest, easiest and most secure way for us to review bank statements and at the same time removes the hassle and delays often associated with the collection of paper statements.
