As it comes to that time of year again, G&T Manchester is proud to be attending MIPIM 2016 as part of the Manchester Partnership . Personally this will be my twelfth year attending MIPIM and I am looking forward to meeting others working across the city throughout the week in Cannes

Manchester is really taking off. The Northern Powerhouse initiative has contributed to many projects coming alive over the past twelve months and I am privileged enough to be a part of a fantastic team, who have worked on some of the most prestigious and award winning projects across this area of the country.
Some of these projects include, the upcoming and exciting St John’s project with Allied London, projects at First Street with Ask Developments and Patrizia and the recently commissioned, iconic development The Factory, alongside Manchester City Council. These ground-breaking projects will all contribute to Manchester’s future, which is something we are committed to being a part of for many years to come.
I’m really looking forward to networking with and meeting other like-minded professionals across the industry and develop further business relationships at MIPIM 2016. I look forward to seeing you all there!
